At Lussooy, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policies before requesting a return.
Return Requests
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to return it. Returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Items damaged due to misuse or improper cleaning cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
If the issue is minor, we encourage you to keep the dress and may offer a small compensation. If returning for personal reasons (such as change of mind), you’ll need to cover the return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund 90% of the product amount.
If the problem is caused by us (e.g., wrong item or clear quality issue), we’ll offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
Orders can’t be canceled after 12 hours as production begins quickly. If you still wish to cancel, a $40–$80 fee will be charged. If production is already underway, 55% of the order total will be deducted. For fully customized items, the cost is non-refundable once production starts.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours, and funds will return to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.
Important: Refunds and returns must be confirmed by our team in advance. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
